《Stan》是Eminem專輯《TheMarshallMathersLP》中的第三首單曲，由說唱歌手Eminem和英國歌手DIDO共同演繹。詞曲由The45King和Eminem創作，副歌部分截取于Dido的歌曲《Thankyou》。MTV由Eminem和DIDO共同出演。在2001年的格萊美頒獎禮上，Eminem與EltonJohn再次演繹這首曲子。它被收錄在Eminem的專輯《CurtainCall:TheHits》中
這首歌由現實中的故事改編而成，的確有個人stan，是EMINEM的一個歌迷，他寫了很多信給EMINEM，但沒得到回復，於是他帶著憤怒開車去找EMINEM，但因為大雨他開車沖出了大橋，和他的未婚妻一起淹死了，EMINEM知道這件事後就寫了這首歌。
女聲憂鬱的唱腔,EM那帶著濃厚鼻音的RAP.
整首歌是以STAN和EM之間的通信為歌詞，EMINEM唱這首歌的目的是希望他的歌迷們不要像STAN那樣，要好好的活著
